The semen wascentrifuged at 2800 rpm/15 min, for later analysis in the laboratory, commercial kits (Beckman Coulter and Medicon),and two automatic analyzers (Beckman Sxjnchron Cx7 Deltay Pictus 500 Diatron) were used. For the analysis of thedata, it was carried out using the t-Student test. There was no statistical difference for the concentrations of albumin,glucose, triglycerides, total protein, micro protein, cholesterol, alkaline phosphatase, sodium, calcium and magnesiumbetween ages (p≥0.05), the potassium concentration reported values of 10.8 ± 0.56 and 9.76 ± 0.64 mEq / L, beingstatistically different between ages (p≤0.05).
