Pre-study observations proved that the leader at Pondok Modern Daarul Ulum Kab. Bogor tended to apply a democratic leadership style in the development of Islamic boarding schools. In addition, there was a decrease in the number of graduates who continued studying abroad. This study aimed was to get relationship between the variables of democratic leadership style and Total Quality Management on teacher performance. The method used in this study was a survey with a correlational approach. The populations of this study were all teachers of Pondok Modern Daarul Ulum Kab. Bogor. The sampling method used a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population was used as a sample, as many as 244 teachers. During performing the analysis, the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis as well as hypothesis test that consisted of t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. 摘要
