Negative exponential lead time crashing cost is considered in the proposed model. Lead time is an important element in any inventory management system. In many practical situations, lead time can be reduced by an additional crashing cost, that is, lead time is controllable. Here, the buyer lead time can be shortened by paying an additional crashing cost which is negative exponential function of lead time. The objective is to minimize the total cost incurred by the vendor and the buyer. In this study first, we developed mathematical model and procedure of finding the optimal solution is developed. An iterative procedure is developed to find the optimal solution and numerical examples are presented to illustrate the result of the proposed model. The result are illustrate with the help of numerical example. 摘要

本文考虑了在投资改善质量的前提下,降低无缺陷产品和有缺陷产品交货期的买卖双方集成库存模型。本文通过同时优化无缺陷和有缺陷产品的最优订货量、交货期、工艺质量和交货数量,提出了一种集成的库存质量改进投资和崩溃成本。该模型考虑了负指数提前期崩溃成本。在任何库存管理系统中,交货时间都是一个重要的因素。在许多实际情况下,提前期可以通过额外的崩溃成本来缩短,即提前期是可控的。在这里,买方可以通过支付额外的崩溃成本来缩短交货时间,这是交货时间的负指数函数。目标是尽量减少卖方和买方的总成本。在本研究中,我们首先建立了数学模型,并给出了求最优解的过程。建立了求解最优解的迭代过程,并给出了数值算例来说明所提模型的结果。最后通过数值算例对所得结果进行了说明。图形化表示也被用来说明所提出的模型。
