摘要

介绍了某型全地形车的悬架设计。目前,该车在前部装备平行短长臂,在后部装备三连杆后臂。针对目前车辆稳定性较低的问题,对设计进行了改进。全地形车的稳定性主要取决于悬挂系统。通过修改后悬架设计,也通过减少非簧载质量,稳定性大大提高。通过考虑其他动态参数进行修正。主要目标是使车辆可控的过度转向。选择单弧度连杆的后h臂,因为它的成员最少,而且几何形状减小了后横摇中心位置,大大提高了稳定性。关键词:baja悬架系统,h臂,独立悬架,平行短长臂。
