摘要

本文利用重力贸易模型对中亚国家制成品出口价值进行了评估，并基于世界治理指标考察了制度质量在制造业出口中的作用。本研究结果总结如下:以哈萨克斯坦为标杆国家，其余四个中亚国家在制造业出口和体制质量上均出现下行偏差。然后，制度素质，如腐败控制、政府效率和法治，被认为是解释制造业出口绩效差异的主要因素。
