Intelligent IT-environment for integration of semantic models to energy research

This article describes the intelligent IT-environment to support a two-level technology of energy security research. There are considered the existing and perspective possibilities for integration of semantic (ontological, cognitive and event) models in the framework of the intelligent IT-environment.
