Materials and Methods: This study from the aspect of research design was an ex post facto study and from the aspect of method of collecting data was a survey study. The statistical population included all people between the ages of 20 and 60 years living in Tehran. A total of 800 people were selected using stratified sampling method. To collect data, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 and Self-Knowledge Sources Scale were used. Results: The results showed that there is a significant and negative correlation between self-knowledge sources and depression, anxiety, and stress (P > 0.01). Also there is a significant and positive correlation between the subscales of Self Knowledge Sources with Depression, Anxiety and Stress (P > 0.01). 摘要

目的:研究伊朗人群自我认知来源与精神障碍的关系。材料与方法:本研究在研究设计上为事后研究,在资料收集方法上为调查研究。统计人口包括居住在德黑兰的所有年龄在20至60岁之间的人。采用分层抽样的方法,共选取800人。采用抑郁焦虑压力量表42和自我知识来源量表收集数据。结果:自我知识来源与抑郁、焦虑、压力呈显著负相关(P > 0.01)。自我知识来源各分量表与抑郁、焦虑、压力均呈显著正相关(P > 0.01)。结论:根据本研究的结果,任何忽视和沉迷于每一种自我认识的来源都可能在个人层面和一般在社会层面上与障碍联系在一起。
