摘要

背景:血压(BP)监测在物理治疗中对患者的准确评估和再评估具有非常关键的作用,否则可能导致临床决策不准确,患者可能被误诊。它是临床决策中不可忽视的重要标志,可能使个体面临更大的心血管和其他健康问题的风险。目的:探讨双城物理治疗师对BP的知识、态度和实践行为。方法:2019年1月至2019年6月,在伊斯兰堡和拉瓦尔品第的不同医院进行为期6个月的横断面研究。数据采集自双城n=296名受试者,经书面同意后采集。采用半结构式问卷收集患者对BP的认知、态度和实践行为数据。结果以图表形式呈现,以Mean±SD和f(%)表示。结果:研究对象的平均年龄为28.4±3.71岁。总体知识平均分(4.27±3.05)表明,研究中n=159(53.72%)名参与者对BP相关知识的了解较差。态度得分(19.74±0.2.29)表明,绝大多数样本n=179(60.47%)对血压评估在评估、管理和患者教育中的重要性持积极态度。在观察行为时,平均得分(14.55±4.78)表明物理治疗师对血压测量有可接受的行为。但频率分布显示,n=160(54.05%)物理治疗师在执业过程中血压测量行为不佳。结论:物理治疗师对血压评估和评价的知识和实践行为很差,但对血压评估在评估、管理和患者教育中的重要性持积极态度。关键词:血压;住院门诊;门诊;
