The problem faced by the company is the presence of defective leather during the goat and sheep tanning production process. From these problems, the purpose of this study was to identify the level of product defects, analyze the factors that cause defects, and make recommendations for improvements to improve the quality of goat and sheep tanning products. Data processing in this study uses the SQC (Statistical Quality Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) methods. Based on the identification results, it was found that there were 1,507 holes for holes, 1,066 for thick defects, 1,061 for louse defects, and 1,086 for size defects. The results of the SQC analysis still have uncontrolled data based on the control chart which is on size defects with a total of 1,086 defects, while for hollow defects, too thick defects, and tick defects are under control. The results of the FMEA analysis show that the order of completion with the first priority is spotting bugs with an RPN value of 36. 摘要
PT Adi Satria Abadi是一家从事鞣制的公司。该公司面临的问题是在山羊和绵羊制革生产过程中存在有缺陷的皮革。从这些问题出发,本研究的目的是识别产品缺陷的程度,分析导致缺陷的因素,并提出改进建议,以提高山羊和绵羊制革产品的质量。本研究的数据处理采用SQC (Statistical Quality Control)和FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)方法。根据鉴定结果,孔为1507孔,厚缺陷为1066孔,细缺陷为1061孔,尺寸缺陷为1086孔。SQC分析的结果仍然有基于控制图的不受控制的数据,该控制图是尺寸缺陷,共有1086个缺陷,而空心缺陷,太厚缺陷和tick缺陷是受控的。FMEA分析的结果表明,第一优先级的完成顺序是发现RPN值为36的bug。对公司的改进建议是直接选择原材料和监督员工。关键词:质量,产品缺陷,七大工具,SQC, FMEA。
