摘要

三种简单的分光光度法即;建立了曲线下面积法、联立方程法和改进的联立方程法,并验证了在没有事先分离技术的情况下,使用零阶光谱法测定氨吡酮的酸性产物。安吡酮及其酸性产物分别在(10 ~ 50 mg/L)和(10 ~ 55 mg/L)范围内呈线性关系。曲线下面积法的回收率为99.6 ~ 100.65,联立方程法及其修正法的回收率为96.64 ~ 104.8,3种方法均具有较好的准确度和精密度。
