摘要

本文揭示了现代教育发展的趋势,为实现远程教育提供了社会和科学的理论前提,并在此基础上进行了系统的远程教育教学设计。本文认为,实施系统信息的学习方式将确保构建一个整体的、多层次的远程教育模式;确定用于提高教育质量的储备金将根据教育的内容和程序组成部分;使用最新的教学方法和技术将服从于形成学生的智力和个人领域的任务。
