摘要

本文针对SiC牵引逆变器在全转速范围内良好的运行性能,将异步PWM控制与追求电流谐波最小的最优同步PWM控制相结合,研究了一种适用于SiC牵引逆变器的PWM控制策略。通过实验测试,对所提出的策略与常规策略在电机电流质量、电机损耗降低、电机温升和运行噪声抑制等方面进行了对比研究。本文给出了相关的实验结果,验证了所提出的PWM控制策略的有效性。
