“十四五”期间,榆林市农业机械化发展迅速,丘陵山地农业生产逐渐由畜力为主向依靠机械力为主转变。但受自然条件和发展基础的制约,榆林市还存在农业机械装备发展不平衡、农机化服务体系不完善、农机产业规模偏小、农业科研投入不足等问题。鉴于此,提出了促进榆林市农业机械化发展的政策建议:提高基础设施建设的有效性、加强农业科技创新、构建现代农业管理体系、加大农机科研投入等对策建议。
