The purpose of these studies is to propose possible normative values of LTE common parameters for providing quality of service level at which receiving of MPEG video signals is done without picture impairments. To implement this field study was carried out based on real LTE network and video streaming service with different video resolutions and parameters. As result of study, LTE video service performance was estimated, possible ways of increasing its characteristics were proposed. Estimation of Technical Quality For MPEG Streaming in LTE Networks
