This paper presents, its evaluation is done by using SWOT analysis to measure on effectiveness of knowledge transfers in this capacity building programme. 摘要

可持续性是印尼可再生能源系统发展的关键问题。一些政府的可再生能源项目只是运行了很短的时间,然后就出现了技术故障[1]。主要原因是当地居民对可再生能源的认识不足,当地社区在维护方面的能力不足。本文介绍了巴育门能村可再生能源工程的实例,即连续运行7年以上的太阳能抽水系统。通过对当地人民进行全面的知识转移和适当的教育计划,可以实现该可再生能源项目的可持续性。本文采用SWOT分析法对该能力建设项目中知识转移的有效性进行了评价。提出了改进印尼可持续可再生能源项目教育方法的建议。
