Four sterilizing agents, fungicide, bactericide, Cefotaxime antibiotic, and NaOCl were tested for sterilization by various concentration and duration of exposure. 摘要

培养起始的成功与否取决于外植体表面灭菌技术。灭菌剂的合适浓度、组合和暴露时间对体外培养的成功至关重要。本研究的目的是为红姜根茎外植体芽获得无菌培养找到合适的灭菌方法。对杀菌剂、杀菌剂、头孢噻肟、抗菌剂、NaOCl等4种杀菌剂进行了不同浓度和不同暴露时间的灭菌试验。结果表明,200 mg/L头孢噻肟和100 mg/L苯甲酰与NaOCl联合灭菌剂可降低外植体污染,无菌培养率达20%。
