摘要

本文介绍了在多机联运的风电场中,采用变速永磁风力发电机对定速风力发电机进行稳定控制。提出了一种新的基于直流的d-q矢量控制技术,该技术结合模糊控制器进行最优控制配置,有效地控制了电网系统的有功和无功功率。利用PSCAD/EMTDC进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制方案对于提高风电场故障状态下的电压稳定性是非常有效的。
