摘要

分析了电容式PWM控制电路的原理,在开关器件中应用了软开关方案,给出了实用的主电路拓扑结构。对负载电流实现频率跟踪,使逆变器的功率因数接近或等于准谐振状态,对负载电流的频率进行跟踪。并对电路的相位补偿和启动进行了分析。通过试验验证了电容式PWM控制在串联IGBT逆变器组成的感应加热电源中的应用。
