Well motivated and satisfied teachers cultivate the successful education system in the country. Thus, the present study attempts to observe the impact of motivation and experience on job satisfaction of teachers through the perspective of Herzberg’s ideology of employee motivation and job satisfaction by conducting the comparative study of both public and private sector universities in Karachi. The sample was purposively drawn from 300 teachers and the data was analyzed by using partial least squares - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Additionally, significant differences were found in the job satisfaction and motivation level among private and public university teachers. 摘要

实现院校目标和提高高质量教育的关键资源是教师。积极性高、满意度高的教师造就了这个国家成功的教育体系。因此,本研究试图通过赫茨伯格的员工动机和工作满意度思想的视角,通过对卡拉奇公立和私立大学的比较研究,观察动机和经验对教师工作满意度的影响。本研究以300名教师为样本,采用偏最小二乘-结构方程模型(SEM)对数据进行分析。此外,民办大学与公立大学教师的工作满意度和工作动机水平也存在显著差异。提出的研究结果对高等教育机构和人力资源从业人员具有启示意义。
