摘要

通过对喷雾、流量与除尘器性能关系的分析,得到了较好的喷雾结构,并结合应用环境实现了低内阻、低耗水量的除尘器。通过在四川煤炭集团嘉阳煤矿的应用证明,湿式除尘器能有效地吸收现场粉尘气流,工作面除尘效率达96.64%,明显改善了工作面的工作环境。
