Large correlation was noted with r-value (.621) showing significance of induction training program with professional development of newly appointed teachers at primary and secondary levels. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨PITE下的入职培训及其与新聘教师专业发展的关系。本文的主要目的是确定PITE的入职培训计划,并确定入职培训计划与教师专业发展的相关性。总人数为14856名实习教师。采用简单随机、方便的抽样技术[n-594+14]选取样本。采用混合方法,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式收集分析单元的数据。定量数据采用描述性统计和推理统计,定性数据采用专题分析。与r值(.621)有很大的相关性,表明入职培训计划对中小学新聘教师的专业发展具有重要意义。建议PITE和RITEs可以参与为新入职教师提供技能提升的培训机会,以实现组织目标。
