摘要

一些研究已经证实了炎症和营养不良在危重患者中的作用。本研究的目的是确定共生菌对危重患者血清全身炎症标志物(hs-CRP)和白蛋白的影响。方法:60例在Sabzevar Vasei医院重症监护室住院的患者,随机分为两组,分别给予共生菌和安慰剂治疗,疗程2周。研究前后分别测定血清hs-CRP和白蛋白水平。结果:两组患者血清hs-CRP (P=0.0001)、白蛋白(P=0.0001)水平差异有统计学意义。结论:研究结果表明,危重患者服用共生菌可降低血清hs-CRP水平,升高血清白蛋白水平。
