Simplex Method is adopted to determine the best synchronous speeds online to achieve the best expectation. 摘要

软性食品包装在市场上越来越受到青睐,其质量对于安全性和方便性至关重要和不可或缺。然而,在生产中,质量检验仍然停留在人工或部分人工检验的阶段,导致检验效率低、检验不足甚至检验错误,难以满足现代产量的要求。本文提出并优化设计了一种柔性食品包装袋智能自动检测系统,可以有效地对包装商标图案、填料质量、封口质量等进行检测。检测系统采用两级结构、机器视觉、压力传感和同步运行,提高了效率,保证了正常的生产节拍。采用单纯形法确定最佳在线同步速度以达到最佳期望。将人工检测与我们的自动检测进行了对比,对10000个样品进行了统计分析,结果表明,节省了2名工人,检测正确率提高到999.8‰。
