A correlational and descriptive methodology was developed, with a transactional and non-experimental field scheme. The population nucleus consisted of four (4) managers, fifteen (15) teachers and seventy-nine (79) students. The survey was applied as a tool and three closed questionnaires, with a Lickert type scale version, were designed as instruments and were composed of 51 items. The results allowed to determine that the studied variables: organizational climate and academic performance within the university selected for the study are closely linked, coinciding in some aspects between teachers, students and managers and differing in others.
