In testing the data in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with IBM SPSS Statistic software version 2. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定在Mojokerto的印度尼西亚伊斯兰银行,通过领导风格、变革准备和工作纪律作为调节变量的能力来改善员工绩效。本研究采用定量方法进行描述性研究。获得抽样的技术是使用饱和抽样技术,其中可以使用总人口作为样本,因为本研究的样本数量多达100个受访者。在检验本研究的数据采用多元线性回归技术与IBM SPSS统计软件版本2。本研究的结果证明,在BSI Mojokerto员工中,领导风格、变革准备和胜任力这三个变量可以提高员工绩效,而工作纪律是一个调节变量。
