摘要

针对传统活塞接触检测精度低、安全性差的问题,提出了一种基于激光投影的活塞多参数几何测量系统。基于平行光柱投影成像原理,设计了基于板卡的运动控制等机械结构,实现了活塞环槽宽度、环槽深度和环槽倾角的多参数非接触检测。通过实验研究,活塞环槽的尺寸公差约为0.02 mm,角度公差约为0.2度,并对整个测量系统进行了误差分析。结果表明,利用激光投影原理对活塞环槽多参数几何形状进行检测是可行的,可以简化活塞检测步骤,保证检测精度,提高检测效率。
