The new role of the human in an enterprise and the quality changes in the economy turned the issues of an effective use of the human capacity and the advancement of the management mechanisms into an urgent task. The market relationships drastically changed the approaches to the solution of many economic issues, and foremost, the management of the human resources. A successful activity of an enteprise (in this case the industrial enterprises) is achieved due to the qualified staff which passed initial professional training, have an education, job skills, professional experience in the selected fields of activity.
