Research method: In the present Quasi-experimental research, 150 military personnel from Andimeshk and Dezfoul sities were selected by random sampling method and divided in two training and control groups. Exercise was performed for sixteen weeks of functional training, three sessions per week, and each training session lasted about 60-90 minutes. T-test was used for statistical analysis. Results: After the training period, there was a significant improvement in the quality of life sub-comparisons of physical function, physical role, emotional role, energy and vitality, social function, physical pain, and general health in the functional training group compared to the control group, but the difference No significance was observed in cognitive health between the two groups. In the subscales of mental health, a significant improvement in physical symptoms, anxiety symptoms and sleep and social dysfunction was observed in the functional exercise group compared to the control group, but a significant difference in changes in depressive symptoms was observed in the functional exercise group compared to the control group. Failed. 摘要
