At present, the diagnosis of the disease mainly depends on the clinical manifestations, colonoscopy and biopsy. This diagnosis method is traumatic, time-consuming, expensive, which is difficult to be popularized. The latest research has found that biochemical markers, tomography and gene marker detection have certain diagnostic value for UC, and non-invasive.
