本文综述了裸子属植物的分类组成。在属于裸子属的15种中，仅有3种在属内被确认。利用rbc L、trn L- f cpDNA和ITS1-2 nrDNA序列对其形态学和分子结构进行了分析，结果表明G. borealis和G. fascinera在Rudolgaea新属中的转移，命名为Rudolf M. Schuster和Olga M. Schuster。因此，裸子属似乎是单一的属，只有G. inflata。
