This study analyzed the strategy and readiness of the managers to success try out and national competency examination and the readiness for administering Computer Based Test on national nursing competency examination in Indonesia.Methods: This descriptive correlative research with population of 437 three years diploma in nursing institutions used quota and accidental sampling technique with 123 participants. The data were analyzed by using of frequency distribution, Spearman Rank Correlation and Multiple Regression analysis units.Results: The results identified that 52,8% had accreditation status in level B. There were increasing results of the students that became better in the real results of national competency exam than the results on try-out exam. The preparation strategic 3 months before the exam was good (57.7%) and 56.9% of the participants were not ready to deliver the national exam in Computer Based Test. There was a significant correlation between the results of the exam with accreditation status (p= .014), student body (p=.02) and 3 months preparation before the exam (p=.021). 摘要

目的:管理的准备和策略是护理国家资格考试取得较高及格率的重要因素。本研究分析了印尼国家护理能力考试中管理人员成功尝试和国家能力考试的策略和准备情况,以及管理计算机基础测试的准备情况。方法:采用定额抽样和随机抽样的方法,对437名护理机构大专毕业生进行描述性相关研究。采用频率分布、Spearman秩相关和多元回归分析单元对数据进行分析。结果:有52.8%的学生获得了b级资格认证,在国家能力考试的实际成绩中,学生的成绩比试考的成绩好得多。考试前3个月的准备策略良好(57.7%),56.9%的参与者没有准备好参加国家计算机基础考试。考试结果与认证状态(p= 0.014)、学生群体(p= 0.02)和考试前3个月的准备(p= 0.021)之间存在显著相关。考试成功的最主要预测因素是认证状态,p值= 0.005。结论:三年制护理学历管理人员要做好护理国家胜任力考试的准备和策略,特别是在学生管理方面,要做好认证工作,做好在国家胜任力考试中取得高分的准备策略。
