摘要

本文报道了疏水离子液体(ILs)对红豆杉(Taxus cuspidata)悬浮细胞培养中10-去乙酰baccatin III、baccatin III和cepharomannine相关紫杉醇及相关紫杉醇烷的原位提取效果。采用n-甲基-正丙基吡啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰基)亚胺(PP13-TFSI)和n-甲基-正丁基吡啶双(三氟甲烷磺酰基)亚胺(P14-TFSI)两种脂肪族il。结果表明,这两种il对紫杉醇及相关紫杉醇类化合物均无细胞毒性,并能提高紫杉醇类化合物的产率。特别是疏水性较强的P14-TFSI,其紫杉醇和总紫杉烷的产率比PP13-TFSI提高了2倍以上,可能是一种有效的萃取剂。
