摘要

[摘要]本研究的目的是比较护生临床实践经验在临床胜任力、患者安全管理知识和患者安全管理信心方面的差异,对73名有临床实践经验的护生和35名没有临床实践经验的护生共108名三年级护生进行分析,本研究结果显示,临床胜任力(t=。88, p=.377)患者安全管理知识(t=-。29, p=.773),患者安全管理置信度(t=1.11, p=.267)两组比较差异无统计学意义。在两组中,按各变量划分的子区域得分最低。第一,护理过程的临床能力得分最低,第二,对近靶概念的知识测量的子领域是病人安全管理的知识。患者安全管理信心得分最低的是发生错误时撰写事件报告的子区域。因此,为提高护生临床能力质量,有必要制定战略教育方针,改善临床实践教育环境,提高患者安全管理能力,培养正确的患者安全管理态度。
