The research sample included 36 students in class XI IPS 4 at SMA Negeri 1 Medan. Data collection technique was through action tests. Data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative and quantitative descriptive manner. The results showed that Students’  Passing Skills for volleyball using standard and non-standard balls experienced an increase, namely from the results of the first cycle test it was obtained that 13 students (36.11%) had completed their studies, and 23 students or 63.9% had not yet completed their studies. Then the results of the second cycle test showed that 34 students (94.6%) had completed their studies and 2 students or 5.45% had not completed their studies. 摘要

本研究以棉兰国家排球学校排球学生低传球技术为研究对象。本研究的目的是通过使用标准球和非标准球来提高排球运动员的传球技巧。本研究为课堂行动研究,以合作、参与的方式进行。研究设计采用Kurt Lewin模型,分为规划、实施与观察、反思2个周期。数据收集技术是通过动作测试。数据分析技术采用定性和定量描述性方法。结果表明,学生的标准球和非标准球排球传球技术均有提高,即从第一次循环测试的结果可以看出,13名学生(36.11%)已完成学业,23名学生(63.9%)尚未完成学业。第二周期测试结果显示,34名学生(94.6%)完成学业,2名学生(5.45%)未完成学业。由此可见,使用标准球和非标准球可以提高SMA Negeri 1棉兰学生的学习过程和技术水平。
