The provisions of the evidence base of the necessity and legality of the use of a progressive motivation system based on KPIs are argued, the main of which are result orientation, manageability of the motivation system, the fairness of decisions to determine a worthy assessment of the employee's contribution to the overall success of the company, transparency of the employee's understanding of the award criteria.
