The research instrument was a need assessment questionnaire on the actual situation and expected situation towards skills of facilitator for community enterprises. The statistics used to analyze the data included mean (X ̅), standard deviation (SD) and Priority Needs Index Modified (PNIModified). It is suggested that the results of this study should be applied in the development of training courses to enhance the ability of facilitator of community enterprises.
