It was established that the basis of the development of tools for quality assurance of labor potential (within the framework of the development of industrial enterprises) lies the system of goals of managerial diagnostics of an industrial enterprise, which includes such key diagnostic objectives as: 1) diagnostics of the effectiveness of controlling the internal business processes of the enterprise; 2) diagnostics of the effectiveness of the typical organizational structure of enterprise management; 3) diagnostics of the efficiency of standardization of the work of linear and functional managers and specialists at the enterprise; 4) diagnostics of the enterprise in the areas of vocational education, labor activity and motivation, innovation work and social development; 5) diagnostics of management policies in the areas of social responsibility, information security and labor protection; 6) diagnostics of the level of conflict in the team at the enterprise 7) diagnosis of the effectiveness of the use of information technology in the management of the enterprise. It was determined that effective management of the quality of labor potential of the personnel (on the basis of its objective assessment) is one of the key conditions that determines the success of industrial enterprises. 摘要
