This type of research is explanatory research, using literature review design to determine the relationship between job motivation, job satisfaction, and POS, toward the Oranizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The results found that job motivation, job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support had a positive and significant correlation on employees’ OCB.
