Data were collected in Vietnam, comprising 247 respondents, and the SEM model was used to predict the effects. This study shows that users' users’ beliefs, security and privacy, web design of Fintech services, customer value, and attachment anxiety during prolonged lockdown without a feasible solution to date increase intention to adopt Fintech.
