摘要

利用激光在CuSn6表面制备了不同尺寸和密度的异形织构,并利用多功能摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦磨损性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,在异形织构的垂直和斜面上可以获得不同的摩擦系数。当异形织构尺寸为600 μm时,随着异形织构密度的增加,摩擦系数环逐渐增大。聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)基摩擦材料的磨损损耗逐渐减小,有效提高了聚四氟乙烯基摩擦材料的耐磨性。
