摘要

本文通过阿卜杜勒Ilāh Ḥūri的著作Asbāb Ikhtilāf al- mufassir n f ā tafs rᾹyāt al-Aḥkām,考察阿卜杜勒Ilāh Ḥūri对tafs r ayāt aḥkām(古兰经律经训诂)中意识形态化的指责的回答。这些tafs ā r学派的意识形态化倾向不仅可以理解,因为作者的背景是一个证明性的学校活动家,但其他因素也对最终的tafs ā r ayāt aḥkām产品有很大的影响,例如:使用al-'ibrah bi 'umūm al-lafẓi lā bi khuṣūṣ al-sabab的规则的差异,反之亦然,选择qirir 'at的差异,解释siyāq(语境)的差异,或在他的术语中称为mā f ' al- qur 'ān和mā ḥaula al- qur 'ān。关键词:《古兰经》律经训诂,学派思想,《古兰经》ān,《古兰经》ān
