摘要

提出了一种基于激光位移传感器的大型管道几何参数非接触式自动测量系统。利用精密的激光位移技术、内外尺寸测量、伺服控制技术和精确的信号处理,设计了一套能够测量内外径、圆度等形状参数的检测系统。介绍了系统的组成和工作原理。提出了系统误差标定和测量精度。实验验证了该系统的有效性。该系统适用于大型管道及其他类型管道的多参数测试
