Notwithstanding all the progress and interest ported to the development of innovative and efficient career and vocational guidance, in the human-computer interaction domain, several questions remain unanswered. One of these questions regards the direct and indirect effects such systems can have on the user's decision-making process during his vocational and/or career projects. So far, the evaluation of user impact evaluation is limited, making it an area that needs further investigation. In this context, this work presents a survey instrument to evaluate the impact of CACGs on high school students based on the system utility attributes, hedonic attributes, and social/engagement attributes.
