摘要

万隆工业大学自动化与机电工程实验室拥有各种学生实习设备。根据观察结果,如果手工进行库存活动,则实验室需要60分钟才能获得报告结果。本研究旨在利用工业4.0技术,为每个实验室的实习设备库存活动开发一个数字系统。系统和软件的设计方法采用瀑布法。研究结果提出了一个数字化库存系统,并通过测量效率和库存报告对数字化库存系统进行了绩效评价。基于android的实验室盘存数字化应用程序通过二维码测试结果,盘存时间过程约为1分钟,该应用程序可以记录每个学生的盘存活动报告。
