The extract was purified by AB-8 macroporous resin. The structure of the product had been characterized with UV- spectrum and IR- spectrum. The results showed that: the enzyme amount was 0.8%, the temperature was 40¿, the pH value was 5.0, the ethanol concentration was 70%, under these conditions, the total flavonoids content from peanut hulls was 4.86%.
