摘要

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同热处理温度的钛基硅灰石涂层。用XRD分析了试样的显微组织。利用扫描电镜对硅灰石涂层表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,非晶态涂层向结晶涂层转变;当热处理温度高于900℃,PH值为2.5时,溶胶-凝胶法制备的涂层孔隙较多。在这种条件下,涂层不会出现裂纹。
