摘要

本文提出对光伏太阳能电池板的I-V特性进行研究,寻找一种根据电池板输出电流的变化来区分正常电池和热点电池的方法。当前的变化将有助于设计实时热点检测系统。当对光伏板进行局部遮挡时,系统配备了DSP,可以立即判断是否有一个电池单元产生热点。从实验结果可以看出,热点电池可以通过计算电流速率来确定,这取决于电流除以短路电流的差。
