摘要

为培养社会需要的高素质人才,高校必须将劳动教育纳入人才培养体系。目前,一些高校的劳动教育还存在着劳动观念认知偏差、劳动教育机制不完善、缺乏劳动教育专业教师、缺乏劳动教育实践基地等问题。本文以江苏大学劳动教育的实践为基础,系统阐述了其劳动教育培训体系的实践路径:构建“8+24”劳动教育理论与实践课程体系、推进劳动教育主题校园文化建设、构建“三位一体”劳动教育协调机制、加强劳动教育师资队伍建设。并且本文还提出了进一步深化劳动教育培训体系的路径:促进劳动教育协同治理效率的充分释放,提高校内外协作程度;加强劳动教育课程体系建设,提高劳动教育的一体化程度;完善劳动教育评价体系,提高劳动教育的有效性。为提高我国高校劳动教育的实效性提供了良好的参考。
