摘要

为了解决涡旋仪在工业现场应用中出现的温度、压力不稳定、数据传输干扰、仪器维护困难等问题。本文以低功耗芯片STM32、XTR115等器件搭建硬件平台,采用软件模块化编程思想,实现双线制4 ~ 20mA输出的智能涡流仪的产品设计。同时,开发了一种新型的涡流仪网络化监测平台。该平台结合了无线传输、数据库MySQL和自定义通信协议等技术,使授权用户能够远程监控现场设备。实验证明,该系统精度高,运行稳定,设计合理。
