Therefore, in order to fill this empirical knowledge gap, this study was carried out with the objectives of explores the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance and explores the impact of organizational commitment on job performance of Administrative Officers in University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The data of this study have been collected from 40 Administrative Officers in University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka through the structured questionnaire. The data were analysed with univariate and bivariate analyses using SPSS 19.0. Findings of the study stated that there is a medium positive relationship between organizational commitment and job performance. And also findings of the study stated that organizational commitment has significant impact on employee performance. 摘要

斯里兰卡贾夫纳大学行政官员组织承诺与员工工作绩效之间的关系存在经验知识缺口。因此,为了填补这一实证知识空白,本研究旨在探讨组织承诺与工作绩效之间的关系,并探讨组织承诺对斯里兰卡贾夫纳大学行政官员工作绩效的影响。本研究的数据通过结构化问卷的方式收集了斯里兰卡贾夫纳大学40名行政官员的数据。采用SPSS 19.0对数据进行单因素和双因素分析。研究结果表明,组织承诺与工作绩效之间存在中等正相关关系。研究结果还表明,组织承诺对员工绩效有显著影响。本研究表明,员工的组织承诺可以提高员工的工作绩效。
